We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Specialist with extensive experience in managing OEM / Channel Partner relationships and driving enterprise-level sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through OEM / Channel Partner networks and enterprise accounts.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with OEM / Channel Partner ecosystems, as well as enterprise clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the complete sales cycle through OEM / Channel Partner collaboration.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales, and marketing) to prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to strengthen positioning with OEM / Channel Partners.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and insights to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and OEM / Channel Partner meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management is an advantage.
- 6–10 years of proven sales experience in IT / Cybersecurity, with strong exposure to OEM / Channel Partner ecosystems.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical solutions and present them in a business-friendly manner.
- Self-driven, with strong leadership and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, OEM / Channel Partner engagements, and industry events.
Location: Pune (Kharadi)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,200, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
