Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Service Representative, based in Mumbai. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries and complaints, preparing sales contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves achieving sales targets, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products, and providing regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 60%+ in 10th and 12th
- 50%+ in Graduation
- Interested in sales and servicing
