Location - Hyderabad

Experience - 6 to 10 years

Salary range - 15 to 27 (dont disclose)

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.

- Oversee configuration, customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations (APIs, middleware), and data migration activities.

- Define and enforce development standards, code reviews, and best practices for Salesforce solutions.

- Manage technical project deliverables, timelines, and resource planning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.

- Mentor and guide developers and administrators to build internal capabilities.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform governance, security, and compliance requirements.


Skills & Experience :


- 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with at least 2- 3 years in a technical lead or architect capacity.

- Strong expertise in :

1. Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

2. Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk) and integration patterns

3. Data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL)

4. Declarative configuration (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules)

- Experience with CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), and release management on Salesforce.

- Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) is a plus.

- Salesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.

- Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
