Role and Responsibilities:
The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for managing corporate accounts and music events/concerts within the assigned territory. The key responsibilities include:
  • Developing strong partnerships and long-term business relationships with B2B and corporate houses, as well as event organizers
  • Exploring business opportunities in various out-of-home avenues such as corporate tie-ups, bulk orders, housing societies, and events
  • Identifying new locations for party/celebration orders, placing food counters in tech parks/corporate cafeterias, and participating in festivals/events
  • Building a robust business funnel to achieve monthly/quarterly business goals
  • Acquiring and converting new B2B customers and becoming their preferred partner for food ordering
Candidate Qualifications:
We are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of experience or MBA with 2 years of experience in business development, B2B/corporate sales, or account management
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with key decision makers
  • Strong ownership mentality and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive and innovative approach
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
