
Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve admission targets.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competition in the education sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to generate leads.
- Organize and participate in events, webinars, and workshops to promote our coaching programs.
- Engage with prospective students and parents through one-to-one counseling sessions, phone calls, and online platforms.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase enrollments and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular feedback on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development in the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teams.
