Role Summary:
You will play a pivotal role in growing business through strategic sales initiatives and by forging meaningful partnerships across industry verticals. Working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, your aim is to drive revenue, expand market reach, and bolster the company's ecosystem of partners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales :
- Identify, prospect, and close sales opportunities with key clients across industries (e.g., FMCG, e-commerce, manufacturing).
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline—conduct tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
Partnership Strategy:
- Build and nurture partnerships with logistics providers, technology firms, industry bodies (e.g., Gati Shakti), and supply chain stakeholders.
- Negotiate partnership terms, draft MoUs, and ensure structured, mutually beneficial collaboration plans.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers in partner organizations.
- Serve as a brand representative at industry summits, forums, and business events.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure partner/client needs are met and surpass expectations.
- Provide input to product/product positioning based on market insights and partner feedback.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments.
- Prepare dashboards and reports on sales performance, partnership health, pipeline, and growth opportunities.
