Role Summary:
The HR Admin & Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office administration, HR operations, and accounting tasks. The role demands a multitasker who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing coordination across departments.
KRA: Task / Activities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment coordination and maintain employee records.
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and employee documentation.
- Support onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
Administration:
- Handle day-to-day office administration, vendor follow-ups, and logistics.
- Maintain office supplies, petty cash, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Accounts:
- Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry in Tally.
- Support GST filing, invoice preparation, and payment tracking.
- Coordinate with external accountants for monthly reports.
KPI: Performance Metrics :
- Accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Timely submission of HR and accounting documentation.
- Smooth daily operations and administrative efficiency.
- Compliance with accounting and HR processes.
Required Skills
· Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel.
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Good organizational and multitasking ability.
· Basic knowledge of GST, payroll, and HR compliance.
· Experience in office administration or accounts support.
