Senior Sales Executive

To drive sales growth and deliver dependable first-level service for Orbit's product portfolio across the Tamil Nadu textile belt.
Key Responsibilities
Generate enquiries, prepare quotes, and close orders for textile machinery & spares.
Conduct mill visits, product demos, and customer training.
Provide basic installation, commissioning, and first-level troubleshooting support.
Build strong relationships with mill purchase teams, maintenance heads, and management.
Maintain sales funnels, visit reports, and weekly MIS.
Support after-sales service, warranty issues, and collections.
Participate in product trials, audits, exhibitions, and training sessions as required.
Pre-requisites (Must-Haves)
3–10 years in textile machinery / spares sales & service.
Familiarity with yarn & sliver handling systems, knotting machines, spindle lubrication, and spinning preparatory processes.
Willingness to undertake extensive field travel across Tamil Nadu.
Based in / willing to relocate to Dindigul, Madurai, or Coimbatore.
Fluent in Tamil & English (verbal + written).
Valid two-wheeler & four-wheeler licence; comfortable driving both.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp reporting).
Age ≤ 45 years.
Notice period ≤ 2 months.

Exposure to preparatory machinery: combers, draw frames, lap formers.
