Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Job Description:


• Develop, design, and produce 3D animations, models, and visual effects to support product

demonstrations, training modules, and marketing campaigns.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and

digital media specialists, to understand project goals and deliverables.


• Use industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Substance Painter, etc, to create detailed models,

textures, lighting, and animation sequences.


• Integrate motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling and user engagement.


• Ensure all 3D content adheres to MT branding and quality standards.


• Manage multiple animation projects from concept through delivery, meeting deadlines and quality

expectations.


• Create videos from stock images/video clips.


• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and project documentation.


• Stay updated with current emerging technologies, animation trends, and software advancements.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualification / Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Computer Graphics, Digital Media, or related field, or

equivalent professional experience.


• 2-3 years of professional experience in 3D animation, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.


• Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation software such as Blender, Adobe Premiere Pro, Subtance

painter, etc.


• Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).


• Strong understanding of animation principles, lighting, texturing, and rendering.


• Ability to create clear and compelling visual storytelling.


• Know-how of shooting lab videos or taking mood pictures would be an advantage.


• Detail-oriented with strong creative and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
