Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled
Video Production Specialist
to plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content that showcases our properties, brand stories, and client experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual storytelling, technical expertise in video production, and a passion for creating engaging digital content for multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Production:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize video ideas aligned with brand objectives.
  • Develop storyboards, shot lists, and scripts for promotional, testimonial, and lifestyle videos.
  • Plan video shoots — including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment setup.

2. Production:

  • Handle all aspects of video production: filming, lighting, and sound recording.
  • Capture high-quality video footage for property tours, events, interviews, and social media campaigns.
  • Direct on-camera talent and ensure brand consistency in all content.

3. Post-Production:

  • Edit videos using professional software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Add motion graphics, animations, color grading, sound effects, and subtitles as required.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, website, etc.).

4. Content Management & Optimization:

  • Maintain an organized video library and manage backups.
  • Ensure all video content follows brand guidelines and meets marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated with video trends, social media formats, and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and competitive.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in video production, preferably in
    real estate, advertising, or digital media
    .
  • Proficient in video editing software: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
  • Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and camera operation (DSLRs, mirrorless, or cinema cameras).
  • Creative storytelling skills with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media content formats and video marketing strategies.

Preferred:

  • Experience in
    real estate videography
    (property tours, aerial/drone footage).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and basic 3D animation.
  • Drone operation license (if applicable).
