Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Management

  • Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.
  • Conduct phone calls, in-person consultations, and virtual meetings with prospective students or clients.
  • Follow up on leads via CRM, emails, calls, and messaging platforms.
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets.

Admissions Counseling

  • Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, and goals to recommend suitable programs.
  • Guide applicants through the complete admission process including application, documentation, and fee payment.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about courses, fees, admission criteria, and timelines.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain updated records of all admissions and leads in the CRM system.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on admissions and sales performance.
  • Participate in admission events, open houses, and outreach programs.
