Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Career Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing detailed information about our courses, and converting prospects into admissions. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the educational programs we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Engagement: Identify and engage with potential students through various channels including walk-ins, inquiries, and leads generated through marketing campaigns.

  • Counselling: Provide in-depth information about our courses, curriculum, career prospects, and admission procedures to prospective students and their parents.

  • Sales Conversion: Utilize sales techniques to persuade and convert prospects into confirmed admissions.

  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and messages to ensure prospective students receive timely and accurate information.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents to ensure a smooth admission process.

  • Multitasking: Handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions in system.

-Event Participation:** Represent Arena Animation Goregaon at education fairs, career seminars, and other promotional events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Knowledgeable: Understanding of the animation, VFX, graphic design, and multimedia industry.

  • Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to close sales and secure admissions.

  • Smart and Presentable: Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a student-centric approach.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. A background in animation or related fields is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- More than 2 Years Experience working in an educational institute or similar environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
