Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Sales Representative, based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building strong relationships with them, and understanding their unique business needs. The representative will manage the entire sales cycle, deliver compelling product pitches, meet sales targets, and provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction. The position also requires a proactive approach to market research, competitor analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to refine services and strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills with proven experience in achieving sales targets
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis
- Ability to understand and convey technical product details to clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in B2B sales, particularly in the tech or app industry, is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with corporate culture and professional behavior
