US Insurance domain expertise.
Experience working in US Insurance processes in a BPO, KPO, or shared services setup.
Knowledge of US insurance regulatory and compliance standards.
Proficient in insurance platforms/tools.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities effectively.
Familiarity with lean/process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and process reporting tools Good Have Skills :
Experience in the US Insurance Domain.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage and execute end-to-end insurance processes for US-based clients – including underwriting, policy administration, claims processing, renewals, and endorsements.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in US insurance regulations, standards, and practices.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards across all assigned processes.
Identify process gaps, propose automation or efficiency improvements, and lead implementation initiatives.
Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams, quality assurance, and training departments to ensure process consistency.
Review and prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain documentation accuracy.
Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring process compliance and readiness.
Mentor and coach junior team members and provide performance feedback as needed.
Analyze trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to management and clients.
Handle client escalations professionally and provide timely resolutions Location :
