Must Have Skills :
End-to-End Policy Lifecycle Services (Issuance, Endorsements, Renewals, Post-Renewal)
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills (Internal & External stakeholders)
Active Listening and Comprehension Skills
Strong knowledge of Insurance / Policy Administration processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Good Have Skills :
Experience in Exposure to UK Insurance Market practices
Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage the complete policy lifecycle, including issuance, endorsements, renewals, and post-renewal activities.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of policy renewals in line with client and business requirements.
Address and resolve customer queries and escalations with professionalism.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize policy administration processes.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records for compliance and audits.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Maintain knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the insurance domain.
Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Build and sustain strong stakeholder relationships through clear and effective communication.
