Choira Musictech is an innovative music technology startup at the forefront of combining music, AI, and digital experiences. We are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Executive to help grow our client base, generate high-quality leads, and build strong, lasting relationships.
Role Overview:
The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, collaborating closely with the marketing and social media teams, and ensuring clients have a seamless experience. This role is ideal for someone with over 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys working cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate, qualify, and manage leads from multiple platforms including LinkedIn, social
media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
● Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to create campaigns that drive
lead generation and engagement.
● Nurture relationships with prospective clients to convert leads into long-term customers.
● Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance, and suggest improvements for
conversion optimization.
● Support the sales team by providing insights and data on potential clients and market
trends.
● Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong communication with leads and clients.
● Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client information.
● Assist in creating customer success strategies that enhance client satisfaction and
retention.
Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or business development.
● Proven track record of generating leads and achieving sales targets.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and digital marketing channels.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic startup environment.
● Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and social media teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400, ₹450,000.00 per year
