Customer Success Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to create campaigns that drive lead generation and engagement.
- Nurture relationships with prospective clients to convert leads into long-term customers.
- Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance, and suggest improvements for conversion optimization.
- Support the sales team by providing insights and data on potential clients and market trends.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong communication with leads and clients.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client information.
- Assist in creating customer success strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize AI-based tools and automation platforms to improve lead generation efficiency, customer engagement, and data analysis.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or business development.
- Proven track record of generating leads and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and digital marketing channels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a dynamic startup environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and social media teams.
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
