What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with ZS internal teams and client teams to shape and implement high quality technology solutions that address critical business problems
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business problems and effectively translate them into technical designs
  • Lead modules and workstreams within projects while participating in hands on implementation
  • Work with technical architects to validate the technical design and implementation approach
  • Apply appropriate development methodologies and best practices to ensure exceptional client and project team experience
  • Support the project lead in project delivery, including project planning, people management, staffing, and risk mitigation
  • Manage a diverse team with various skill sets while providing mentorship and coaching to junior members
  • Lead task planning and distribution among team members for timely completion of projects with high-quality results
  • Guide the project deliverables such as business case development, solution vision and design, user requirements, prototypes, technical architecture, test cases, deployment plans and operations strategy
  • Lead the design, development, and management of Tableau dashboards to address client reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Oversee the enhancement, quality control, and issue resolution for existing Tableau reports, ensuring high standards of accuracy and performance
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business questions into reporting solutions using advanced analytics and visualization techniques
  • Communicate findings effectively through clear, structured presentationsboth written and verbal—to client and ZS teams
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on reporting-related workstreams, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and next steps
  • Deliver high-quality project outputs and drive the implementation of reporting solutions that meet business objectives
  • Foster strong client relationships and contribute to ongoing account development
  • Guide and mentor Associates, promoting skill development and ensuring consistent project delivery
  • Continuously improve problem-solving approaches and contribute to evolving ZS's reporting capabilities
