Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.
  • Handle inbound leads and generate new business through cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital campaigns.
  • Meet clients to understand their property requirements and present suitable project options.
  • Conduct site visits, property showings, and explain project details effectively.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and provide end-to-end assistance from inquiry to closing.
  • Negotiate deals, finalize agreements, and ensure timely completion of sales transactions.

    Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports and share with management.
  • Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements in the real estate sector.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial).
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of real estate market trends in Delhi-NCR.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
