*Job Description:*

As a Customer Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and convert leads into sales. You will also assist customers with bookings and provide exceptional service to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide detailed information about our products and services.

- Assist customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations.

- Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

- Achieve sales targets set by the company.

- Proactively contact hotels and assist them in listing their properties on our website.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual satisfaction.

*Requirements:*

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.

- Fluency in Hindi, English, or any other regional language.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

- Passion for the travel industry and a desire to help customers create memorable experiences.

*Salary:*

₹12,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on interview performance and experience.
