Telesales Executive

**Position Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients and opportunities through various channels, telephonic and including online research, cold calling etc..
- **Insight Sales**: Understand the needs and requirements of prospects and present our products and services in a compelling manner to address their business challenges effectively.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of lead gen activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression using CRM software.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles, with a customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong self-motivation and initiative (Must).
- Result-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities and address challenges effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
