Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our Documentation Team within the
Defense & Aerospace
sector. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals with a solid foundation in
embedded systems, electronics, or computing
and a strong aptitude for technical writing.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and maintain high-quality documentation such as user manuals, datasheets, and installation guides. Your work will directly support the delivery of mission-critical products by ensuring clear, accurate, and standards-compliant documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional technical documents, including:
  • User Manuals
  • Technical Datasheets
  • Installation Guides
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to gather technical insights and translate them into accessible documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with
    MIL-STD
    ,
    ISO
    , and other relevant
    defense/aerospace standards
    .
  • Utilize industry-standard tools (MS Word, Adobe Suite, version control systems) to format and manage documents.
  • Maintain version control and document history in compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of documentation templates, workflows, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably
    B.E./B.Tech
    in Electronics, Industrial, Production, or related fields).
  • A Master's Degree or specialization in Technical Writing or Embedded Systems is an added advantage.

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Strong command of written English with excellent grammar, formatting, and editing skills.

  • Proficiency with documentation tools such as:
