Position Overview

We are looking for a versatile Lead - Content Writer & Content Planner who can blend technical fluency with engaging storytelling to elevate our brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands the software development lifecycle and can translate complex technical concepts into compelling content that resonates with both business and technical audiences.

You will play a key role in crafting Telliant's content strategy, managing our editorial calendar, and writing high-quality content across blogs, case studies, web pages, email campaigns, and more. This person will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and delivery teams to develop strategic messaging that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Strategy

• Audit and assess existing content assets (blogs, case studies, service pages, etc.) to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Create and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and sales initiatives.
• Develop messaging frameworks and thematic content plans for key industry verticals (e.g., healthcare, finance, SaaS).
• Partner with sales and product teams to align content with buyer journeys, ABM campaigns, and nurture tracks.

Content Writing & Production

• Write clear, engaging, and technically accurate content across a range of formats:

• Thought leadership blogs

• Case studies and client success stories
• Product and service landing pages
• Email campaigns (pre-sales, nurture, ABM)

• Social media posts and internal sales assets

• Adapt tone and messaging for different audience segments (CTOs, Product Managers, Business Leaders).

Campaign & Marketing Support

• Develop content for marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Support lead generation and brand awareness campaigns through targeted content creation.
• Collaborate with designers and web developers to publish content and ensure SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in content writing or content marketing, preferably in the tech or software industry.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to explain software concepts and services clearly.
• Exceptional storytelling ability for business, marketing, and brand-building content.
• Experience building and managing a content strategy or editorial calendar.
• Working knowledge of SEO, keyword strategy, and content performance tracking.
• Experience writing for email marketing, drip campaigns, and ABM programs.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and project ownership.
• Lead and manage a team of content creators, freelancers, or writers (if applicable).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with video production, podcasting, or other multimedia content creation.
• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Certification in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in software, IT services, SaaS, or digital product development.
• Experience working with cross-functional B2B marketing and sales teams.
• Understanding of the software buyer journey in verticals such as healthcare and finance.
