As a Logistics Supervisor for the trading activity, your role involves overseeing the logistics flows while ensuring compliance with regulations, safety constraints, quality standards, and cost-effective operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and organize logistics flows and storage activities - Define and maintain rules and performance objectives for logistics (Stocks, OTD) - Incorporate customer needs in orders and forecasts into the ERP system - Calculate net requirements - Coordinate production and delivery commitments to communicate with clients - Organize shipments according to customer requirements in coordination with the logistics platform provider - Manage the PIC process for sales - Report on sales forecasts by analyzing trends and feedback to clients - Define and implement ERP settings within your scope (purchase prices, selling prices, safety stocks, lead times, minimum quantities) - Escalate to clients when necessary - Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and procedures - Provide activity reports to your superiors Team Management: - Unite teams to achieve service objectives (performance, quality, cost, time) - Facilitate team meetings to share performance indicators and relay management decisions - Provide support in case of team difficulties - Develop team autonomy through training, motivation, skills validation, and versatility - Supervise personnel in your area of activity (Planning, leave and absence management, evaluation) Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Experience Required: - Minimum of 5 years in a similar position in an industrial environment,
