To expand our reach and maximize occupancy, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through online and offline channels to attract new tenants.
  • Promote and sell PG accommodations to prospective clients.
  • Conduct property tours and explain features, facilities, and pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, corporates, and institutions.
  • Handle inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets.
  • Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Provide inputs for marketing strategies to increase visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (real estate, PG/hostel, hospitality, or related industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and online listing platforms.
  • Qualification: Graduate or equivalent (preferred).
