Real Estate Salesperson

A Real Estate Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a real estate property. This includes managing Sales, Cold calling, and customer relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Sales and marketing of flat units or properties
Manage customer relations, including addressing complaints and resolving disputes
Ensure the property is well-maintained, including scheduling and regular maintenance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Supervise on-site staff, including maintenance and administrative personnel
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve property operations
Negotiate contracts with agents and property consultant
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
**Requirements**:
12th pass or any bachloers, real estate management, or related field
At least 1 years of experience in real estate management or related field
Strong knowledge of real estate, property management principles, and customer management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

**Salary**: ₹11,932.80 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Travel requirement:
- Up to 50% travel
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
