Senior Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and market trends.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Mentor and support junior sales team members when required.
Stay up-to-date with market developments, competitor activities, and industry innovations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in [insert relevant industry].
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
