Sales Executive

We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and technically inclined Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role will involve on-ground sales, client interaction, and technical demonstrations of Chakrs product portfolio. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with extensive fieldwork, customer engagement, and achieving ambitious sales targets in industrial and institutional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations at industrial and commercial sites.
- Understand and explain the technical aspects and value proposition of Chakr's products (emission control devices, DeNOx systems, etc.) to customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
- Track sales funnel through CRM (Salesforce) and ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report key metrics (no. of visits, conversions, revenue).
- Coordinate with internal engineering and service teams for client support and product deployment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum 20–25 client visits per week (on-field).
- Achievement of monthly sales target ( / units) as per assigned territory.
- Conversion rate and lead-to-order ratio.
- Accuracy and timeliness of CRM data updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental) or Business / Marketing.
- 0–4 years of experience in technical sales / B2B industrial sales / project-based sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for fieldwork.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
