About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic
Product Marketing Specialist
to drive the success of our cutting-edge
dental equipment portfolio
. In this role, you will combine your clinical expertise and business acumen to
research markets, craft high-impact go-to-market strategies, empower our sales teams, and guide products from launch to maturity
. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market needs, exceed customer expectations, and strengthen our brand leadership in the dental industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth
    market research
    to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities in the dental equipment sector.
  • Develop and execute
    go-to-market (GTM) strategies
    for new and existing products to maximize reach and profitability.
  • Work closely with sales teams to create
    compelling product positioning, presentations, and sales enablement materials
    .
  • Manage products through their lifecycle — from concept to post-launch support — ensuring alignment with
    dentist and clinic needs
    .
  • Utilize
    AI-powered tools
    for content creation, product videos, and creative campaigns to enhance marketing impact.
  • Collaborate with R&D, operations, and customer service to ensure
    seamless product performance and client satisfaction
    .

Qualifications

  • BDS + MBA
    (mandatory) — strong blend of clinical knowledge and business strategy.
  • Proven expertise in

  • Hands-on experience with

    communication, presentation, and sales skills
