Product Design Specialist

We're seeking a Product Design Specialist to lead our product development efforts in the home decor space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing innovative and sustainable home products that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Product Design or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in home product design. You will also possess excellent aesthetic sense and visualization skills, as well as proficiency in Adobe Suite and AutoCAD.

  • Develop detailed sketches and tech packs for new products
  • Select eco-friendly materials and ensure feasibility and product quality
  • Track market trends and identify gaps in the market

As a Product Design Specialist, you will work closely with our sourcing and merchandising teams to bring your designs to life. You will also be responsible for proposing compelling new designs that align with our brand values and customer needs.

Requirements:
