We are looking to hire
two key team members
to scale our online presence and drive growth across platforms.

YouTube Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our YouTube channels with clear growth strategies.
  • Optimize videos for SEO, engagement, and monetization.
  • Research trends, keywords, and audience insights.
  • Collaborate with creators & the content team for high-quality output.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years' YouTube channel management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube algorithms & best practices.
  • Proven track record in audience growth.
  • Experience with mid-to-large creators preferred.

Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

  • 2–3 years' Social Media management experience.
  • Manage & grow our Instagram accounts (3–4) and other platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Create & schedule posts to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for content production.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in scaling Instagram and other social media accounts.
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms.
  • Creativity & strong content planning skills.
