Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our YouTube channels with clear growth strategies.
- Optimize videos for SEO, engagement, and monetization.
- Research trends, keywords, and audience insights.
- Collaborate with creators & the content team for high-quality output.
Requirements:
- 23 years YouTube channel management experience.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube algorithms & best practices.
- Proven track record in audience growth.
- Experience with mid-to-large creators preferred.
2 Social Media Manager
Responsibilities:
- 23 years Social Media management experience.
- Manage & grow our Instagram accounts (34) and other platforms like LinkedIn.
- Create & schedule posts to maximize reach and engagement.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Coordinate with creative teams for content production.
Requirements:
