We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Dispatch Executive to manage the end-to-end order processing and dispatch operations for our mattress company. The role involves handling online document printing, generating warranty cards, updating order records, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing & Documentation

  • Print invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels from the online portals.

  • Generate and print customized warranty cards for each order.

  • Ensure proper tagging and documentation for each mattress dispatched.

  • Dispatch Coordination

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.

  • Schedule pickups with courier partners and maintain dispatch logs.

  • Track and update dispatch status on relevant platforms.

  • Data Entry & Record Management

  • Update order details in internal systems and Excel sheets.

  • Maintain proper filing (physical/digital) of all printed documents and warranty cards.

  • Reconcile daily dispatches with sales/orders.

  • Customer Coordination

  • Share dispatch updates or tracking details with internal teams or directly with customers (when required).

  • Handle basic communication with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc., for order-related issues.

  • Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory of dispatch supplies (warranty cards, envelopes, labels, etc.).

  • Ensure dispatch area is organized and clean.
  • Assist in physical verification of product dimensions, labels, and product codes when needed.
