  1. Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  2. Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data into Word and Excel.

  3. Document Preparation: Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading documents such as reports, memos, and correspondence.

  4. Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence to appropriate parties.

  5. Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for executives or team members.

  6. Record Maintenance: Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization.

  7. Office Management: Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and arrange for repairs when needed.

  8. Assistance with Projects: Provide support to various projects or initiatives as assigned, including research, coordination, and follow-up.

  9. Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff or visitors when required.

  10. Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to visitors, clients, and staff.

  11. Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.

  12. Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as needed and directed by supervisors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
