Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Purchase, located at our New Delhi office. The Senior Executive Purchase will handle day-to-day operations related to purchasing, including sourcing vendors, procurement planning, monitoring inventory levels, and negotiating purchase agreements. Responsibilities also include ensuring timely delivery, maintaining records, and building strong vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and quality. Collaboration with other departments to align procurement with organizational goals will be essential.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Vendor Sourcing, Procurement Planning, and Inventory Management
  • Strong skills in Negotiating Purchase Agreements and Building Vendor Relationships
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes and Cost Optimization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in procurement or purchasing roles, ideally in a technology-related industry, is a plus
