Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the paper or ink industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials at competitive prices while ensuring timely procurement to support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure materials—primarily paper, ink, and related raw materials—from reliable vendors.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain and update purchase records, vendor lists, and pricing databases.
  • Coordinate with the production and inventory teams to understand material requirements.
  • Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up with vendors for pending supplies.
  • Review purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation.
  • Resolve any issues related to supply delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
  • Monitor market trends and develop new vendor relationships when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 2–3 years (Mandatory experience in the paper or ink industry).
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
