About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Aura Components.
  • Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across multiple environments.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, tools, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, testers, and business stakeholders.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex programming.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and deployment processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft).
  • Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce security model.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and Salesforce DevOps practices.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or JavaScript Developer I are preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with significant hands-on work in LWC.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
