We're looking for a
Digital Marketing Head
who knows how to turn attention into action. At
GoodBee IMS
, you will
lead a team of digital specialists
and drive high-performance paid media strategies across platforms. You'll be responsible for crafting media plans, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating closely with creatives and strategists to bring bold, effective campaigns to life.

Candidates must have prior experience working in a marketing or digital agency environment
and be comfortable managing both execution and strategy across multiple verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
  2. Lead media strategy, audience segmentation, funnel mapping, performance optimization, and reporting
  3. Build and manage media plans for branding, awareness, and conversion-led campaigns
  4. Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to ensure creative and media alignment
  5. Manage, mentor, and guide a team of performance marketers and digital media executives
  6. Oversee and liaise with external vendors and media agencies (if applicable)
  7. Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital tools

Requirements

  1. 12+ years of experience in digital media strategy and performance marketing
  2. Proven experience
    working in a marketing, digital, or media agency
  3. Strong command over major paid media platforms and analytics tools
  4. Experience managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns with a focus on ROI and attribution
  5. Demonstrated ability to lead a team and collaborate across functions
  6. Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of creative-to-media synergy
