Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher / 0-1 Year Experience)

Location: Lavelle Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a candidate with 0-1 year of experience, you'll support and gradually take ownership of tasks such as:

  • Assist in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Social Media, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Help with content creation: social media posts, blog posts, newsletters, graphics, captions etc.
  • Assist with SEO activities: keyword research, on-page optimization, meta tags, content optimization
  • Support SEM / PPC tasks: assist in ad copy writing, campaign setup, monitoring & basic optimizations
  • Monitor social media accounts; schedule posts; engage with audiences (comments, messages)
  • Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, social media insights) to track performance; prepare simple reports / dashboards and suggestions for improvement
  • Competitor analysis and market research to stay updated on digital marketing trends
  • Assist in email marketing campaigns: drafting email content, managing lists, tracking performance
  • Collaborate with content/design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Maintain and update website content (if applicable) / landing pages

What We Expect (Skills & Qualifications)

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 0-1 year experience in digital marketing or interning with relevant exposure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.), maybe basic CMS (e.g. WordPress)
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, take feedback, and juggle multiple small tasks
