Role & responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power

Automate (formerly Flow).

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and

translate them into automated solutions.

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Integrate Power Automate workflows with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365,

and third-party applications.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed workflows for performance and

reliability.

  • Maintain documentation for automated processes and assist in training end-users.
  • Work closely with the IT and business teams to ensure smooth automation adoption.
  • Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and Power Platform features.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in RPA development, specifically with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components (Power Automate,
  • Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Good knowledge of APIs, connectors, and integration techniques.
  • Experience in process mapping, workflow design, and automation best practices.
  • Basic understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
  • preferred.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, or PL-400).
  • Good to have Blue Prism experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
