Desired candidate should have :- 3+ years of experience in supporting RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.- 1.5+ years of experience with low code/no code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, or Mendix.- Proven track record of managing and resolving technical issues in a production environment.- Extensive hands-on experience with leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.- Proven track record of developing, deploying, and supporting RPA solutions in a production environment.- Experience with low code/no code platforms like Microsoft Power Apps, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, etc.- Ability to support and troubleshoot applications developed on these platforms.- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript) for automation purposes.- Experience integrating RPA and low code solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and other integration methods.- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Experience supporting automation solutions in cloud environments.- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to RPA and low code applications.- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.- Experience managing support incidents and ensuring timely resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- Familiarity with incident management tools and processes.- Experience monitoring the performance of automated processes and ensuring their reliability and stability.- Ability to use monitoring tools to track system performance and detect issues proactively.- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of automation solutions.- Ability to document and optimize support processes.- Experience managing changes to automation solutions, including testing and validating updates and enhancements.- Familiarity with change management processes and tools.- Proven ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, procedures, and technical solutions.- Experience participating in audits and compliance reviews related to automation solutions.- Experience leading a support team and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.- Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and support teams.- Experience working with various stakeholders, including business analysts, process owners, and IT teams.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and provide updates on issue resolution.- Relevant certifications in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Developer).- Certifications in low code/no code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform Certification, OutSystems Professional Developer) are highly desirable.- ITIL/CSM Certification is highly desired- Good understanding of Azure Cloud (ref:hirist.tech)
