Business Automation Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Automation Analystwith proven experience in Robotic Process Automation and a strong focus on the UiPath platform, to join our team. This role will focus on automating manual business processes of our Settlements Business unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and experience with various data sources, automation tools, and reporting methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business teams to identify manual processes that can be automated for efficiency and accuracy.

Develop, implement, and maintain automated reporting systems that pull data from multiple sources.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

Continuously optimize automated processes to ensure high performance and reliability.

Stay updated on emerging automation technologies to recommend improvements.

What you will need to have:

Proven experience in business analysis and process automation.

Hands-on experience with the UiPath platform is required. UiPath certification is a significant plus.

Proficiency with scripting, data manipulation and automation tools .

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

What would be great to have:

Familiarity with reporting tools is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
