Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled UiPath Developer with strong experience in RPA development and testing to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with UiPath, including at least 2 years in testing RPA solutions. Expertise in UiPath Computer Vision, REFramework, and best practices in RPA testing is essential. This role involves building scalable automations, performing rigorous testing, and ensuring high-quality bot deployments across various business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation workflows following best practices.
  • Build reusable components using UiPath REFramework to support modular automation.
  • Apply UiPath Computer Vision to automate processes involving virtual environments or non-standard UI elements.
  • Conduct functional and regression testing of automation workflows and ensure reliability before deployment.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to assess automation feasibility and define clear requirements.
  • Perform code reviews, identify issues, and optimize performance for existing automation solutions.
  • Maintain documentation such as Solution Design Documents (SDDs), test cases, and user manuals.
  • Provide support for post-deployment monitoring and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of RPA experience with at least 3 years in UiPath development.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath testing (unit testing, regression testing, and QA validations).
  • Expertise in UiPath REFramework for scalable automation.
  • Strong working experience with UiPath Computer Vision for complex UI automation.
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools and practices in the RPA context.
  • Solid understanding of the full RPA lifecycle, from design to post-deployment support.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • UiPath Certifications (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer, UiPath Test Suite).
  • Experience with UiPath Test Suite or integrating RPA with test automation tools.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Orchestrator, attended/unattended bot management.
  • Experience with Python or scripting for custom automation tasks.
  • Domain exposure in BFSI, healthcare, or logistics is an advantage.
