Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UiPath Team Lead to manage and deliver end-to-end RPA solutions using the UiPath platform. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development, a deep understanding of UiPath RE Framework, and proven leadership in guiding RPA teams through project lifecycles. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage development, QA, and business analysis functions within the automation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of UiPath automation projects with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.


• Develop reusable and reliable automation components using UiPath RE Framework.


• Apply UiPath Document Understanding and Computer Vision for complex automation scenarios.


• Analyse and assess business processes for automation feasibility in collaboration with business analysts.


• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of existing automations.


• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to RPA developers and QA team members.


• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and documentation across all automation projects.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure timely project delivery.


• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and user guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Minimum 5 years of RPA experience with at least 3 years in UiPath development.


• Proficient in UiPath RE Framework and enterprise-grade automation design.


• Strong working experience with UiPath Document Understanding (Mandatory).


• Hands-on experience with UiPath Computer Vision for automating non-standard UI applications.


• Solid understanding of end-to-end RPA lifecycle, from requirement gathering to production deployment and support.


• Experience in managing or mentoring a team of developers and QA analysts.


• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


• UiPath certifications (Advanced RPA Developer, Solution Architect, etc.)


• Familiarity with Orchestrator management, attended/unattended bot deployment


• Exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies


• Experience with Python and Agentic AI is a plus.


• Industry experience in domains such as BFSI, healthcare, or logistics.
