Vectra Automation provides Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for 3D CAD Engineering Design. Our flagship Auto2D RPA platform automates the generation of Engineering Drawings for Mechanical Systems and Components. Auto2D RPA leverages scalable cloud-based processing to transform 3D models to 2D Engineering Drawings or Annotated 3D models in hours rather than weeks. By automating manual 2D attributing, Design Teams can significantly reduce costs, save thousands of project hours, and eliminate redundant quality control. Auto2D RPA meets various OEM Design Standards for industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, and Heavy Industry applications.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Analyst, located in Chennai. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and conducting financial reporting, Budget forecast, Risk Mitigation etc., Daily tasks will include analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.

· Budgeting & Forecasting:

Develop, manage, and update annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

· Financial Modeling:

Create, maintain, and improve financial models to support business decisions.

· Reporting:

Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.

· Variance Analysis:

Conduct variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts to identify key drivers of performance.

· Market Research:

Analyze market conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform financial planning.

· Risk Management:

Assess financial risks and opportunities to minimize financial exposure.

· Collaboration:

Work closely with accounting, operations, and other departments to align financial planning with organizational objectives.

· Compliance:

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls

Qualifications

· Education

: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or CPA is an advantage.

· Experience

: [4-6] years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related role.

· Technical Skills

:

  • Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in Financial Risk Assessment and Reporting.
  • Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Other Requirements: Familiarity with GAAP/IFRS principles and relevant industry standards.
