Job Description:

Responsibilities include to

  • Collaborate with Leads, Process Analyst & SMEs in development of RPA solutions
  • Work with SME/Process Analyst to get a complete understanding of the process that is getting automated
  • Suggest and implement Blue Prism best practice of automation to simplify RPA solutions
  • Monitor, support and resolve any production issues appearing in BOT runs
  • Maintain and provide status update on Automation Projects and Issue resolutions
  • Develop, test, implement and support RPA solutions
  • Create and execute test cases of Automated process
  • Technical and solution Documentation update

Activities include

  • Create Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space
  • Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution
  • Support issue resolution that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
  • Develop end-to-end automation primarily using Blue Prism platform and its various components
  • Use, create and maintain Libraries/Objects to be used by self and other peer developers
  • Create and execute unit test cases
  • Work with the RPA Architect and Technical team to execute deployment plans
  • Leverage best practice for collaborating Automation object/ libraries
  • Re-engineer and suggest Technical solutions for process automation
  • Collaborate with team members, Architect and Offshore/On-shore Automation COE
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for all necessary system access related to RPA projects
  • Work with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to execute project plans for implementation projects
  • Work in Agile methodology

Qualifications, Experience and Competency Requirements:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Experience

Essential:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with Blue Prism
  • Experience in programming (.NET, Java, Python etc.) with a specific focus on developing Bots
  • Experience Automating process related with ERP, Mainframe and MS office tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload include Production Support
  • Experience working in IT Service management tool e.g. Service now
  • RPA developer certification AD01, ASD01
  • Hands-on understanding on Blue Prism infra.

Desirable:

Basic knowledge of AI/ML

Strong expertise in application development using APIs such as REST and SOAP APIs

Familiar with Agile and DevOps methodologies

Experience with using UML tools

Expertise in process and technical design documents in the automation space

Specific Skill Requirement

RPA tools such as BluePrism, etc., Knowledge of one or more Programming languages such as Dot NET, java, javascript, Python etc.

Preferred Skills: AI/ML, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), web services.
