Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions that enhance business productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, and a strong understanding of process design, system integrations, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate business processes using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.
  • Create detailed process documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
  • Integrate RPA solutions with internal systems, databases, APIs, and third-party services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development, testing, and production.
  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance deployed bots as necessary.
  • Participate in peer reviews, code reviews, and testing cycles.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance, and governance standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to business users as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and related technologies.

Required Skills :

  • Proficiency with at least one leading RPA platform:

  • UiPath (preferred)

  • Automation Anywhere

  • Blue Prism

  • Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, VB.NET, Java, Python, or similar programming languages.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and database technologies (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
