Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional automation workflows.
- Ensure quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to RPA development standards.
- Support and maintain existing automation solutions, performing troubleshooting and enhancements as needed.
- Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to improve efficiency.
- Create and maintain documentation including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and operational handover materials.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, ensuring optimal bot uptime and reliability.
- Work closely with IT and operations teams to ensure secure, stable, and compliant RPA deployments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on RPA development experience using Blue Prism.
- Solid understanding of RPA lifecycle, including process discovery, design, development, testing, and support.
- Strong knowledge of Blue Prism components (Objects, Processes, Work Queues, Schedulers, Exception Handling).
- Experience integrating Blue Prism with other applications, APIs, and databases.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, or other programming languages (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Blue Prism Developer Certification (AD01, AD02) or higher.
