About Ewalls:Ewalls is a leading manufacturer of Steel Reinforced Lightweight Wall Panels, delivering fast, strong, and efficient walling solutions across India. We are expanding our project execution team and looking for a responsible and skilled Civil Site Engineer.

Role Overview:The Civil Site Engineer will oversee Ewalls installation at various sites, manage fabrication-related supervision, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with contractors, clients, and the internal operations team.

  • Key Responsibilities:Supervise the installation of Ewalls panels at the site.
  • Handle fabrication work supervision related to channels, supports, and alignment.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and labour teams for smooth site execution.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and ensure work is completed as per standards.
  • Troubleshoot site issues and communicate updates to the office team.
  • Ensure safety practices and installation guidelines are followed.
  • Prepare site reports, measurements, and daily progress updates.
  • Travel to different locations as per project assignments.
  • Requirements:Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers with practical understanding of civil works are welcome).
  • Skills:
  • Basic understanding of site execution and civil activities.
  • Ability to supervise labour and fabrication teams.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Must be responsible, disciplined, and field-oriented.
  • Other Requirements:
  • 2-wheeler is mandatory for site visits.
  • Should be comfortable with travelling for work.
