Job Title: Business Development Executive US IT Staffing
Location: Hyderabad, India

We are a fast-growing US IT Staffing company helping global clients hire the best talent. Were looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate client acquisition and drive measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new US clients for IT staffing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with IT decision-makers (CIOs, HR Heads, Project Managers).
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiating closing.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue KPIs.
- Collaborate with offshore delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely talent fulfillment.
- Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts and market insights.
- Represent the company in client meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Develop strategic growth plans to expand account portfolios.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3 - 8 years of experience in US IT staffing / recruitment sales.
- Proven track record of generating new US client accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of US IT market and talent needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven approach: experience with KPIs, CRM tools (Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho).
- Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver measurable business results quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise US clients.
- Prior experience in selling contract staffing, IT consulting, or workforce solutions.
- Exposure to offshore delivery coordination and working with India-based recruitment teams.
